Notes concerning registering the program:

1. Credit card orders (Visa and Mastercard) CAN be accepted for
   Fidobill registrations.  To register via credit card please
   fill out the included REGISTER.FRM file and file-attach it
   along with your name as it appears on the credit card, the
   credit card number, and expiration date and netmail it to
   1:104/332.  DO NOT ROUTE CREDIT CARD ORDERS!

2. Fidobill CAN be registered to a single user rather than a
   single network.  If you want your copy to be registered to 
   you personally rather than to the network please make a note
   of that with your registration.
