Introduction

This program was designed as an alternative to DOS's DISKCOPY for making
multiple copies of the same diskette as well as to enable users to send
and receive DISKCOPY's over the telephone via modem.

To Install and run DF

Uncompress the DF.ZIP file using PKUNZIP, then type DF to run. If you
wish to have Topic help available when using DF, DF must be run from the
directory that also contains the file DF.HLP. If you have any questions
or need some help, send a CompuServe EMAIL to Mark at 70053,2236. You'll
receive a response within a week.

Registering the Program

DF is shareware. That means that if you use it, you should register.
To register, type REGISTER in the directory DF.ZIP was uncompressed in.
Registered users receive an Enhanced version of DF, the DF Manual, and
several other utility programs.

System Requirements

IBM PC/XT/AT with 256K running DOS Versions 2.0 or later

DF file formats are supplied to registered users upon request.


  Distribution Guidelines:

  DF may be distributed freely as long as the following guidelines are
  observed:

  1) Is distributed with all files in the Original Compressed format and
     no file is modified.
  2) No charge be incurred other than a minimal shipping & handling fee
     not to exceed $10 US dollars
