A Program to convert most of DOS 4 DOSSHELL Menu structures to DOS 5

This program runs in QBasic which comes free with DOS 5. It may be used 
   freely with no charge.

The program can be run any time after DOS 5 installation - it will be most
   useful if run before you start manually menuing.

It takes the binary *.MEU files of DOS 4 and converts them into 
   DOS 5 compatible statements. It then takes the DOS 5 DOSSHELL.INI 
   file plus the new information to create DOSSHELL.NEW which can be
   checked and renamed to be the new DOSSHELL.INI
