CAENCODE.DOC and CAENCODE.TXT are the same documents.  .DOC is a
WordStar document and .TXT is it's ASCII text equivalent.

RESULTS:  Previous versions encoded/decoded roughly 30K per minute (on my
486). Ths version should up that to about 100K per minute.

Additionally, these programs will produce encoded files that are somewhat
smaller than traditional uuencoders.  See CAENCODE.DOC/TXT for details.

The programs may be copied to any directory in your path setting for
ease of use.
