The following zipped files contain the most recent versions
of Federal Hill Software's shareware programs. Please replace
any earlier versions in your library with these versions.
In particular, if your library has our THOROUGHBRED 5 program,
please replace it with the THORO44 from this disk. We are
no longer updating THOROUGHBRED 5, which is an entirely
different program written in a different format.
You are authorized to distribute these programs 
or post them for downloading in archived or unarchived 
format. The only stipulation is that you must distribute
all the files in each archive in unaltered format. Each
ZIP archive contains a FILE_ID.DIZ file with information
in standard format for BBS systems.

THORO44.ZIP - The Cambridge Thoroughbred Handicapper, Version
4.4. This proven handicapping program allows you to analyze
Thoroughbred Races and pick likely winners quickly and easily,
even if you've never handicapped before. This release includes
full-race handicapping, entry updating, scrolling horse display,
upated formulas, speed rating and track variant calculations.
Handicapping factors include half-mile and final time, lengths
behind, post position, weight carried, jockey record, speed
rating, track variant, class and beaten favorite. Registration
entitles user to an enhanced version with even more features.
Runs on any XT or AT compatible. Requires 384K of memory and will
run from a floppy disk. Registration fee is $30.

HOUND45.ZIP - The Cambridge Greyhound Handicapper 4.5. This proven
handicapping program allows you to analyze Greyhound Races and
pick likely winners quickly and easily, even if you've never
handicapped before. This version includes updated formulas,
full-race handicapping, entry updating, sex and weight factors.
Other factors include speed, class movement, speed
at turn, box position, inside-outside running tendencies, beaten
favorite and kennel ranking. Registration entitles user to an
