BID reminder

Thanks to all amateurs who faithfully relay W1AW and other
bulletins.

Amateurs are reminded to maintain the original Bulletin ID number,
BID, on all bulletins.  BID integrity will greatly aid in
decongesting sometimes overworked HF, VHF and UHF packet networks.
