Changes to ver 1.01

Check Sum values now written in HEX format

A TOTAL of all file checksums is now written at
end of list.

The file CRCLST11.CRC lists the CheckSums for these files in the archive,
the checksum for CRCLST11.CRC is NOT inluded!
