New features added to v1.75.4

The following functions have been added to main LOCKCON screen:

F5 = Create Datafile. Exports all the LOCKCON data to a comma delimited
     file. The file name is YYYYMMDD.CSV where YYYY is the year, MM is the
     month, DD is the day (For Example:  19930909.CSV)

F6 = Create Report. Creates a report text file using the LOCKCON data,
     report file name is YYYYMMDD.REP where YYYY is the year, MM is the
     month, DD is the day (For Example:  19930909.REP)

TO update from a previous v1.75, just unzip and run LOCKCON. For each
program which is being metered you should hilite, then press enter
(as if you where going to change to limits) and then press F9.

To update from v1.51 or before, follow regular instructions.
