The information contained in the accompanying files, MAIN.TXT, and
SOUTH.TXT is taken from leaflets listing the Regulations for using
the Main, and South Reading Rooms in the National Library of
Scotland in Edinburgh.

Please note these leaflets refer to the Reference Library, books
may NOT be taken away.

You will also find a .pcx file, NLS-INS.PCX which displays a plan
of the inside of the Library, showing each Reading Room, and the
location of the Online Catalogue and Microform access. 

To view the .pcx file, use any convenient graphics viewer, for
instance, Graphics Workshop, VPIC or CSHOW.

More details of the Online Catalogue and Microform access are to
be found in the files GUIDE.CAT and GUIDE.MIC inside the archive
SCTINF08.ARJ.
