Washington and shall inure to the benefit of the author of PBASMLIB and 
any successors, administrators, heirs and assigns. Any action or proceeding 
brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this 
agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent 
jurisdiction located in King County, Washington. The parties hereby consent 
to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

PBASMLIB consists of many low-level functions written in assembly language.
Given the nature of the library, the likelihood of direct or consequential
system or data damage arising from the misuse of the routines, or from
bugs present in the routines, may be high.  It is recommended that you
back up all important data on your hard drive before using PBASMLIB routines,
especially experimentally.  Be sure to stay within the default values given
in the documentation for each routine, and be prepared to immediately reboot  
if you go into an unsupported video mode using ROM BIOS routines.  You use 
PBASMLIB routines entirely at your own risk, and bear all responsibility for 
the consequences of the misuse of low-level system functions.  Appropriate 
precautions should ALWAYS be taken before using PBASMLIB routines.

The use of PBASMLIB routines in any way constitutes implied agreement with
the above conditions and disclaimer.
