     1.  Authoritative source

At the time of publication, there were no known differences between
the files on disk and published versions of the Budget.  However,
should there be differences, the published volumes are the
authoritative source of information about the Budget.

historical tables in spreadsheet formats, copies of the graphics files
used to create the illustrations in the budget, and other materials.
