INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the ADA Anlayzer!   The Analyzer!   is extremely easy  to
use.  Simply   answer  a  series of questions -- let  the   software
produce  a detailed  analysis of each job to meet the challeges   of
the  Americans with  Disability  Act.   Use the Analyzer!  to assist
in   writing  job descriptions  and/or  analyze  your  current  jobs
to  comply  with  ADA regulations.

The Analyzer!:

          * Reviews physical activities and evironmental aspects
          of each job;
          * Provides the opportunity to develop or update essen-
          tial duties; and
          * Records equipment and machines utilized.

REGISTRATION

The Analyzer!  is not free.  It is copyright 1992 and is distributed
as under the shareware "try before you buy" concept.  You may use it
to evaluate  its suitability to your needs and you may  redistribute
it  to others under the same terms so long as you do not charge  for
it.  If  you  continue   to   use   the  ADA  Analyzer!   beyond   a 
reasonable  evaluation period, you must register it. 

If  you  wish to distribute the ADA Analyzer!   with  a  charge  for 
copying  or   distribution   or   if you  wish  to  bundle  the  ADA 
Analyzer!   with  a commercial  product,   you must obtain  specific
written  permission   from the  author.   Please   see  the  license
information  in  the  manual  for details.

Registration   is   $195.00 for which you will  receive   the   most 
recent  version  and a manual.    You will also be entitled to  user
support  and will receive information about future updates.
