	Congratulations for selecting The LOAN ACCELERATOR software program!
	I hope you enjoy its ease of operation and are able to take advantage
	of its great potential. It is also my wish that you put your Loan
	Accelerator to work by helping your friends and clients too.

	Your disk should contain the following programs:

	  INSTALL.BAT	(File used to install program on a hard drive)
	  README .TXT	(This help file)
	  LOAN1	 .PIF	(Windows program information file)
	  LOAN1	 .ICO	(Icon for Windows Program Manager)
	  LOAN1	 .EXE	(The Loan Accelerator Version 1.O5)
	  BUSLOAN.ACE	(Sample business loan / Balloon Payment Loan.)
	  CARLOAN.ACE	(Sample auto loan / Simple interest.)
	 HOMELOAN.ACE	(Sample home loan / Mortgage interest.)

	This Trial Version has many new and exciting features.
	 1. Menu Interface with file managment.
	 2. All loan calculation available on-screen with color graphs.
	 3. Bi-weekly and weekly loan calculations.
	 4. Annual Principal Reductions.
	 5. Complete payment by payment amortization schedules.
	 6. Condensed printouts to save paper.

	 8. Increased ease of operation with automatic data duplication
	    and final payment date calculation.
	 9. User defined payment numbering to match bank schedules.
	10. Graphics support for laser and ink jet printers.

	You may start the program from a floppy drive by typing LOAN1
	[Enter]. To install the program files on your hard disk, place the
	program disk in a drive and log onto that drive by typing A: [Enter]
	or B: [Enter]. Then type INSTALL C: [Enter] for the C: drive or
	INSTALL D: [Enter] for the D: drive.

	The INSTALL program will make a sub-directory on the hard drive
	called \LOAN1 if one doesn't exist and will copy the program files
	to the \LOAN1 directory. Outdated program files that may exist will
	be over-written with new files. When finished, your system will log
	onto the \LOAN1 directory. Type LOAN1 [Enter] to start the program.
	Print out the manual and follow the sample loan all the way through
	to gain a working understanding of The Loan Accelerator. Press [F1]
	at every point in the program where you are asked to enter infor=
	mation. Reading the help messages really will help!

	loans for friends and clients. Now you can customize your printouts
	by adding your business name, address and phone numbers plus any
	message or disclaimer on the first page plus a custom footer on the
	chart pages. Makes for great business advertising.

	program that will allow you to keep track of payments being made on
	a loan no matter how out of shape they get. You will be able to
	print payment coupons to send to a borrower or lender each payment
	period. Disputed loans can be quickly and accurately resolved with
	The Loan Tracker (C) 1993 by CompuLoan.

	If you would like to run The LOAN ACCELERATOR as a DOS program
	in Microsoft's Windows, we have included two files to help out.
	LOAN1.PIF holds startup information in Standard Mode and LOAN1.ICO
	is our icon. The following are the steps used to install LOAN1 as
	a DOS program in Windows 3.1.

	 1. Start Windows
	 2. Click the NON WINDOWS APPLICATIONS group or another group
	    where you want the Loan Accelerator to reside.
	 3. Click FILE under PROGRAM MANAGER
	 4. Click NEW
	 5. Click PROGRAM ITEM
	 6. Click OK
	 7. Click Browse ...  in Program Item Properties
	 8. Double-click the C:\ folder in Directories box
	 9. Double-click LOAN1 in the Directories box (scroll down if needed)
	1O. Click LOAN1.exe in the File Name box
	11. Click OK
	12. Click Change Icon ...
	13. Click OK
	14. Click BROWSE ...
	15. Double-click the C:\ folder in DIRECTORIES box
	16. Double-click the LOAN1 directory
	17. double-click LOAN1.ICO in the FILE NAME box
	18. Observe the LOAN1 icon in CHANGE ICON box
	19. Click OK
	20. Click OK in the PROGRAM ITEM PROPERTIES box
	21. You made it!  If you wish to return to make adjustments after
	    leaving, then:

	 1. Click on the LOAN1 icon
	 2. Click FILE under PROGRAM MANAGER
	 3. Click PROPERTIES and you are back in again.
