OFFICE SUPPLIES TRACKER v1.42 <ASP> - Complete office supplies tracking 
system. Maintain inventory listings and quantities, stock locations, 
generate purchase orders *and* requisitions, and maintain vendor listings. 
Automatically adjusts in-stock levels when orders are recieved and posted. 
Automatic notification when in-stock levels drop below specified 
quantities. Includes Pop-Up Calculator. Shareware $39.

Please note that in all cases, our own installation routines and utilities
*MUST* be retained, along with the original distribution fileset. Do *NOT*
install and evaluate the program, and then distribute the installed fileset!

All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete 
Office Supplies Tracker package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee 
is charged.

Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are Approved Vendor 
Members of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without 
prior permission, include the Office Supplies Tracker package in their 
libraries and distribute evaluation copies via mail order and direct sales 
for their normal disk fees. 

Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are not members of the 
ASP *MUST* obtain written permission prior to distributing, and provide a 
copy of their current catalog, rack outer package, or CD-ROM outer package.

  VENDOR NOTE: 360k Disks - If you need to distribute this program on 
               (2) 360k disks, Disk #2 must contain *ONLY* the file
               OST1.DAT. All other files must be placed on Disk #1.

All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the 
Office Supplies Tracker package for downloading by their customers unless 
notified otherwise by us. Bulletin Board operators are allowed to convert 
the Office Supplies Tracker distribution files to other compression 
formats, providing that the contents remain unchanged, and no files are 
added, deleted, or otherwise modified in any way. Bulletin Board sysops are 
free to include their own BBS advertisement in the archive file header, but 
*NOT* as a separate text file which is added to the distribution archive.

Non-profit user groups may include the Office Supplies Tracker package in 
their libraries and distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees 
unless notified otherwise by us.

All others, including anyone interested in bundling the Office Supplies 
Tracker package with hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission 
and a license before distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR 
licenses and multiple system site licenses are available. We can also 
arrange for a customized version if you need it.
