1. Extract this file - CH250.EXE - to a sub-directory on your hard disk
      ("\ch" is suggested).

   2. At the DOS prompt from within that directory give the command
      "cliphelp".

   3. When the ClipHelp Color Editor's opening screen appears, tap <F1>.
      The Color Editor will then start displaying ClipHelp's context-
      sensitive on-screen Help file incorporating techniques that you can
      use in your own help files. Please peruse the first 10 topics to get
      a feel for ClipHelp's scope and potential. Optionally, you may tap
      <Esc> to return to the opening screen and print a fully-indexed User
      Manual for ClipHelp by selecting 'Print Appl Man' - the manual uses
      the on-screen file you have just been viewing and is an example of
      how easily ClipHelp can prepare User Manuals for your own
      applications.

   4. Everything else, including sample code to include in your .PRG files,
      configuration files and an Order Form, is included in the Help file
      and can be written to disk files or printed by tapping <Alt-P> while
      the topic is displayed. Also, please print and read file README.1ST.
