In separate bowl sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Add to egg-sugar mixture mix well. Drain pineapple well then add pineapple carrots and walnuts, blend well. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until stick test comes out clean. Cool. Frosting.. 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla Blend Well Split cooled cake in 2 layers and frost then add coconut
