1 3 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, milk, and vanilla.  Gradually stir in powdered sugar until 

smooth and of spreading consistency.  If necessary stir in additonal milk, 1/2 

teaspoon at a time.
