                              EGGNOG

4 EGGS
4 cups milk
4 tbsp lemon juice (yes... I did say lemon juice!)
1/2 cup cream
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.  Add sugar, salt nutmeg, and lemon 

juice.  Add ice cold milk and cream.  Beat with mixer until frothy.

TIP:  Throw in some Southern Comfort for fun!!!




In Montreal, Sealtest makes a pretty good egg nog during the hollidays... so 

do Perette's!  I love the stuff too!!!
