I got stuck in a barracks with nothing more than a nuke box and an 

imagination. A couple o ideas are

1) Macs n cheez-fill a bowl with water, add noodles, nuke fer 10 min. stir, 

nuke for 10 more, add 1/2 stick o' butter (unless you get the milk), and 

vwiolay!!! macs n cheez.

2) Believe it or not, you can buy cheap chicken in the near by super market. 

Take the meat off, nuke for 10 min., rotate & flip chicken, nuke fer 5 more, 

add sweat n sour sauce, nuke fer 5 min., and put rice in a bowl of water and 

nuke fer 15 min, stirring occasionally while the chick'n n sauce cools a 

little.
