Ingredients

1 cup white rice
4 cups boiling water
salt

Cook rice in rapidly boiling water until tender.  Drain and rinse with
cold water.

In 1 Tbsp fat cook 1/4 cup finely chopped onions for five minutes.

Add:

1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
2 cups canned tomatoes

Brown sausages in fry pan.

Put half the rice mixture in a greased casserole.  Arrange sausges on rice.
Cover with remaining rice.  Bake 20 minutes at 325.
