Fry a small tin of Red or Green curry paste, the kind I use (available in  major cities in both Canada and the U.S.) is called Namprik Maesri, and can be  found in most Chinatowns. Add a can of coconut milk, simmer untill thick. Then  add your meat (Chicken or Shrimp are good bets) which should have been fried  separately, and then when blended togeather, add sweet Basil, and serve on  rice (Basmatic is a good choice).
