There's a excellent restaurant here in Ashland, Oregon called Daddio's.
It's a humble sandwich place, but the owner/manager/head dishwasher is a
certified chef, so everything is eye-poppingly good. Their signature
drink is the Velvet Elvis, which is simply:

Blueberries
Vanilla Ice Cream
7-Up

Run it through a blender. That's it! Not many people would think of that
combination, though.
