This isn't exactly a brownie, but IS the moistest (and easiest) chocolate cake

I've ever found.
"Wacky Cake"
3 cups sifted flour
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp soda
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
10 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cold water
Put sifted flour back into sifter, add all dry ingredients and sift into a 9x13

pan.  Make three wells in the dry ingredients. Into one, pour oil, the second -

vinegar, the last - vanilla. Pour cold water over the whole thing and beat with

a fork until well mixed.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
