Maggie I got this recipe from a guy named Boats on the commie board I call
and he  says its good.  I never had one of these but would just like to
make one because its different.

1 cup buttermilk
6 eggs
1/2 lb. butter(must be two sticks?)
3 cups sugar(Killer)

Mix all together put in unbaked pie shell bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Test like you would a pumpkin pie for doneness.  Insert knife in
middle if it comes out clean its done.

Supposed to be a big Southern treat.
