hi there! I think I may have the recipe your looking for. I usually use this
recipe with red or burgundy wine but I do use it with apple cider too.
                        
                        Mulled Cider

1 gallon apple cider
1 teapspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves or ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar <a little more or less to your tastes>
combine all the ingredients into a large pot. Warm the ingredients over a low
 to medium heat on your stove settings. When the cider is hot lower the
setting to low. If you want to try Mulled wine you can substitute wine instead
of the cider. I hope this is what you were looking for.
