                         Akasha's Brownies

Here it is again...

preheat oven to 350

in double boiler or microwave melt together...
        1/2 cup butter
        4 oz unsweetened choc    ****I use 12 TBS hersheys coco with
                                     3 extra TBS butter or oil. (less fat)
cool mixture for proper texture.
beat until light in color and foamy in texture then add
        4 eggs at room temp
        1/4 ts salt
add gradually and continue beating until well creamed...
        2 cups sugar
        1 ts vanilla
now mix by hand and add in...
        1 cup sifted all purpose flour

if you like, before color is uniform...add
        1 cup pecan meats...optional

bake in greases 9x13 in pan about 25 minutes.
