I found a fudge receipe that's pretty easy & is almost like chocolate  truffles... 2 bags semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 can condensed milk vanilla extract to taste Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.....stir in condensed milk...add  vanilla.... stir with wooden spoon till well mixed....pour into large pan &  press till pan is covered. Cool then slice. Only problem is that tthe fudge  has to be kept refridgerated. If you notice that the fudge mixture is too  thick & masses in the double boiler, you just add more condensed milk or light  cream till it's smooth & not too tight. Regards, Zogan
