This is off the RoTel can.  RoTel is tomatoes and green chiles.
Comes in diced, and whole varieties.

I put a little milk in the bottom of a 1quart microwaveable casserole.
Then cube about  a half of a large box of Velveeta cheese.
Dump in 1-2 canse of RoTel(if the can is small use two,bigger use one)
Microwave for 11 minutes at 50% power. covered.
Stir about half way through.  Check it out if it needs more time
than add a few more minutes until the cheese is melted,and hot.

Dip tortilla chips and enjoy.
