When fried completely to a  nice brown, add butter/margarine and melt. Add one tablespoon at a time of  flour to mixture on low heat; mix with meat and butter. Add bullion cubes  and crush them. Add milk one cup at a time stirring after each cup. Add salt  and spices and stir. Mixture should thicken and you'll know it'll be done  when it's a bit thicker than gravy. Pour over rice and enjoy.
