                               Fajitas

    Well, I'm no expert at the Fajitas thing, but try this one folks, it 
works pretty good.

8-10 ounces (two fair size) onions, sliced thinly
2-3 ounces (one fair size) green pepper, sliced thinly
1-2 ounces diced celery
2 ounces of your favorite salsa sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin seed (to taste, it's a strong spice)
1-2 tablespoons favorite "hot" sauce (to taste of course)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper


try that.  the spice quantities all vary depending on how hot you like your 

fajitas.  Let me know what you guys think if you try this recipe.
