1  2 layer fudge cake mix
1 tsp vanilla
1  21oz can cherry pie filling
2 beaten eggs
Choclate frosting

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix fudge cake mix, vanilla, cherry pie filling and beaten

eggs; beat with mixer until well blended.
Pour into a greased & floured 13x9x2 inch baking dish
Bake 20 to 30 min.
Remove from oven and let cool 1 to 2 hours before frosting.  Let frosting
set before cutting into bars.  Makes 16 to 24 bars.

                           CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1 Cup sugar
5 tbls margarine
1  6oz package chocolate chips
1/3 cup milk

Bring sugar, margarine and milk to a boil in a pan over medium high heat.
Boil 1 min. stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stir, making sure chocolate chips
melt completely.   Spread over cooled brownies.
NOTE-Receipe can be made with a package of fudge brownie mix and mixed by hand.
The result is a fudgier, more brownielike cake.
