1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Thyme leaves
1/4 tsp red pepper
2 lbs boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces

In large bowl, combine onion receipe soup mix, bread crumbs, chili powder
cumin, thyme and pepper.
Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture, coating well.
In large skillet heat 1/2 inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat.
Turning once. (until well done) Drain on papper towels.
Serve with assorted mustards or catsup or honey.
