1 lb ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 can or frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
Whipped potatoes

Brown onion and ground beef in skillet.
Add mixed vegetables, soup, salt, and pepper.
Put into 2 quart, casserole dish.
Top with whipped potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees or 25 to 35 min. until potatoes are brown.
