Subj: HOT HOMEMADE COCOA             Conf: (1) EMAIL

1/2 C. Hot water
3/4 C. Gran. Sugar
1/4 C. Cocoa
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 C. Whole Milk

Take the Hot Water and dissolve the Cocoa in it and let it Simmer for a few

minutes being careful not to let it stick or burn.
Then add the Gran. Sugar, Salt and the Whole Milk and stir it up and let it

heat to desired Temp.

HINT:  Your own Chocolate preference  determines how much Milk or Cocoa you

want to add to it.  You just have to add More milk or cocoa until you get it to

desired taste.
