Open a package of weiners(any type) make a slit with a knife lengthwise
on the hot dog.  Don't go all the way through.
OPen the slit a little and add a thin slice of cheesecut in a strip.
Velveeta type works best.
Then add some chopped onion,some ketchup,sprinkle on some Italian
spices.
Broil until brown and bubbly.
Very good

Variations:
Use onion powder,dry onions.
