3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla or strawberry preferable)
1 and 1/2 cups of apple juice
1/2 banana
4 strawberrys (medium)

just combine them all together in a blender and wind them up slow to medium 

speed for about 45 sec.  Then you have your fruit smoothie.
