Using a fine sieve or  sifter, sift a heavy layer of icing sugar into cups. Melt chocolate in med saucepan over low, stir 4-5 mins until melted. Cool  5-10 mins. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks. Beat in liqueur and melted chocolate all  at once. Work quickly as it hardens quickly. Spoon mix into pastry baf and pipe into foil cups. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Keep covered in fridge up to 2 weeks.
