Remove sausage and refrigerate sausage and cooking liquid overnight. Remove fat from liquid. Salt to taste, add vineger or lemon juice, and thicken with 3 T.flour mixed with sour cream. Bring to boiling point and pour hot soup over hard-boiled egg halves in soup bowls.
