Vegetable oil Spray
2 fresh tomatoes cut in halves
1 tbl olive oil
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray vegetable oil into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
Place tomato halves in baking dish, cut side.
Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake 20 to 30 min.
Serve hot.
