                       WELSH RAREBIT

1 oz Butter
1 tsp. Mustard
salt and pepper
I tbsp. steak sauce
6 oz. Cheddar cheese,
  grated
4 slices buttered toast

Mix together the butter, mustard, salt and pepper to taste, steak sauce
and cheese in a saucepan.  Heat gently until the cheese begins to melt.
Spread over the toast and brown under the grill for 3 minutes.

Serves 4
