3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup margarine
2 med cooked and mashed potatoes(2 cups)
1 1/2 soft bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
2 tbls snipped parsley
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/8 tsp pepper

In skillet cook onion and celery in margarine till tender but not brown.
Combine with remaining ingredients, mix throughly.
Bake in a covered 1 quart casserole at 375 degrees about 45 min
Makes 3 cups stuffing.
