3 T. butter
2 Large Vidalia Onions
2 8oz packages of mushrooms
1 T. Worstshire sauce
1 T. Lemon Juice
1/2 pound Swiss cheese (grated) or muenster (grated)
1/2 pound cubed pork or beef (if desired)
1 pie crust top and bottom

Melt butter in pan saute meat and onions til done. Add mushrooms salt and

pepper, worstshire sauce, and lemon juice. Cook til mushrooms collapse
drain and add cheese. Pour into pie crust top with second crust crimp edges
and bake.
375 degrees for 40 minute`s
