Blender Chocolate Mousse 4 eggs 6 oz choc chips 5 tablespoons boiling water or coffee 2 tbs vanilla extract or rum or kahluah Seperate eggs, place whites in a small mixing bowl and yolks in a cup. Beat  egg whites untill stiff but not dry. Set aside. Place choc chips in blender and whirl untill broken. Add boiling water and  whirl until smooth. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Whirl 1 minute or until thouroughly blended. Pour  chocolate over egg whites, and fold in gently until no white shows. 1 quart glass bowl, chill at least 50 minutes. Make ahead Whipped Cream 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin 1 tbs cold water pinch salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or amaretto 1tbs sugar Sprinkle gelatin over the water in a small bowl and set bowl into bain marie  of hot water until gelatin disolves. Remove the bowl from the water, and let the mixture cool for about 1 minute. Whip cream until almost stiff, then add disolved gelatin, salt and vanilla and  sugar. Continue whipping cream until stiff. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving beat with a spoon to  blend. Both can be doubled. Critter
