Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Make a white coating sauce (recipe below), season well with salt and ground black pepper. Add parsley and lemon rind to sauce. Stir in the prepared chicken and spoon mixture into the baked flan case, placed on a baking sheet. Cook in oven for 30 mins. Serve hot with boiled potatoes and a tossed green salad. White coating sauce: Melt the butter, add the flour and cook for a few minutes. Allow to cool slightly before adding the milk gradually. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat. JESUS LOVES YOU
