    This is a quick good recipe for a great tasting pudding.

You need:"
1/2    sugar
2 tablespoons    corn starch
1/4 teaspoons    salt
2 1/2 cups    milk
1/2 cup    peanut butter
1 teaspoon    vanilla
          salted peanuts

                                       (For the sugar, that's 1/2 CUP.)

    Place the dry ingredients in a saucepan or frying pan.  Stir in all of 

milk and let boil over medium heat stirring every minute or so.  When it comes 

to a boil turn down heat and cook a bit longer then stir in peanut butter and 

vanilla, turn off heat, cover and let cool.  Pour into dishes and top with 

salted peanuts and a tad of brown sugar.

Try it, it's good.
