Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic powder in large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon, cucumber and onion. Refigerate. (can be prepared and refrigerated the day before serving) Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings; 330 calories, 5 g protein, 20 g carbohydrate, 28g fat, 25mg cholesterol and 400 mg sodium ...each serving. To reduce calories, use light mayonnaise.
