It is very good. White Velvet Cheese Cake 2 pkg softened cream cheese (550g total) 1/3 c sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 6 oz white chocolate 3/4 c (175 ml) sour cream 2 lg eggs 1 tsp vanilla Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until blended and smooth. Add melted  chocolate, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Pour into 8 1/2 "  spring form pan. Smooth top. Bak at 450 for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 250 and bake 30-35 mins  longer. Topping 1 c (250 ml) sour cream 2 tbs sugar Combine sour cream and sugar. Spreaf over chgeesecake; bake 5 min more. Run  sharp knife around sides; let cool completely. Refrigerate at least 5 hours. Garnish  with curls, fresh fruit or fruit suace Makes 10 servings
