                     Peach & Yogurt Parfait

     4 peaches (about 1 1/2 lbs)
     2 tbs Brown Sugar
     2 tbs Granulated Sugar
     1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
     1/4 tsp ground Cloves
     1 1/3 cups Vanilla Yogurt


     - Peel and Dice peaches
     - Combine with Brown Sugar, Sugar, Cinnamon, and Cloves
     - Let mixture stand until the sugar dissolves and the peaches
       become juicy (about 5 minutes)
     - Layer the peach mixture and the yogurt in parfait glasses
       and serve

     - Work Time: 20 Mins.  Total 25 Mins.  Makes 4 servings.
