 A while back someone was saying how they tried ground turkey and it
 didn't taste very good. The trick to cooking ground turkey is not to
 brown it like you would ground beef. Beef cooked fast and is tasty.
 Turkey has to be simmered longer to bring out the flavor. I usually
 cover it with enough water so I can simmer it without the pan cooking
 dry. It has a good smell of cooked turkey when you are finished, and
 then you can let the water cook away and brown it a little bit. I make
 spaghetti substituting turkey all the time and no one knows unless I
 tell them.
