for those of you that use a LOT of herseys cocoa syrup, this is the recipie

that they released in their favorite receipes booklet several years ago. Just

wash out your container and pour this back in.

3/4 cup dry cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
dash salt
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan; gradually stir in water

until mixture is smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly;

continue cooking and stirring 3 minutes. remove from heat; add vanilla. pour

into container; cool. Keep refrigerated.
